My name is Julian Reed – which of course you have already worked out.
- I am British, but I have spent a significant amount of time in Asia and North America. My thinking is influenced by the cultures that I have been lucky enough to be immersed in – so I’m a hybrid!
- I am an introvert, but empathy and reading other people are my superpowers.
- I have strong opinions, loosely held. I strive to be right, but I really want to find out quickly if I am wrong – so I seek out perspectives that oppose my own.
- My day job is focused on delivering software solutions, but I’m more interested in the people who use them.
Most of my blogs are related to one of the following themes:
- thoughts that I have written for me – because I need them
- knowledge, tenets or ideas that are ingrained into my thinking that may be useful to others
If my writing helps another soul, even in some small way, then this site’s purpose has been achieved.
